About Us

Diana Trade EOOD was established in 1994 in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria as a limited liability company, entirely with Bulgarian participation, for the purpose of commercial activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and Europe. Subsequently, the company is restructured into a company operating international transport, forwarding and logistics.

We have many years of experience and traditions in the field of transportation and freight forwarding – complex and groupage, from different destinations to and from the country, Europe, the Baltic and Southwest Asia. Priority for our management and team is the complex customer service, including both the transport activity itself and the development of an optimal transport scheme tailored to the nature of the goods carried and to the specific needs of each customer.

We offer you the storage, loading and transportation of your goods, detailed information about the required documents (certificates, permits, etc.) necessary for carrying the cargo; information about its exact location at any time, as well as the settlement of customs formalities and customs representation. We strive to use the experience of the world’s best companies and apply it to the current market situation. In our face you will find a partner whom you can always trust and rely on at any time.

Diana Trade Ltd. is licensed by the Ministry of Transport in accordance with the provisions of the Council Regulation and the general provisions with the EU transport license for domestic and international transport and forwarding.

You can communicate with us in English, Russian and Italian.

We work with our own transport as well as with many Bulgarian and foreign carriers that have proved their stability, reliability and correctness. Our cars are equipped with GPS navigation, covering all the requirements of our customers, for easier and quicker access to their cargoes. All shipments are under the coverage of the General Insurance (Carrier’s Responsibility) under the CMR Convention and the TIR Convention.
